Resolution fitness is a small team of qualified, experienced personal trainers who all share a passion for fitness, health & well being.
We are a mobile personal training company based in the Hutt Valley and have personal trainers throughout the wellington region. Our sessions consist of a wide range of training techniques including high intensity interval circuits comprised of body weight & weighted exercises in order to achieve maximum results.
Each session is carefully tailored to help push each individual to reach their full potential. Resolution Fitness caters to all levels of fitness abilities, from general everyday health to rehabilitation, elite & aspiring athletes & sports teams.
