Founded in 2010, Rapid Crossfit has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry. Our hallmark is engineering your fitness in a non intimidating, friendly environment where you are led through unparalleled Coaching. Rapid CrossFit is a fast, fun and varied strength and conditioning program that combines weight lifting, running, gymnastics, power lifting, kettle bell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training.

Our classes include our 60 minute Rapid WOD (Workout of the Day), Rapid 30 - a 30 minute, non-barbell fitness focused class, Moga - a 30 minute mobility class, Barbell Club - a 60 minute weightlifting class focused on Olympic lifting, Yoga and our Youth program - with training options for kids aged 6yrs and above. We also offer one-on-one personal training too.
