Having joined Randstad in August 2014, I have developed my strategies around talent acquisition and my ability to think outside of the box when it comes to new ideas around candidate sourcing. Randstad is a dynamic company that not only has a strong market presence but is leading the way in understanding the ever changing needs of employees and employers. I sit within the accounting, banking and financial services team here in Wellington with a focus on both permanent and temporary placements across the transactional accounting business' of Government. Having spent the last year working very closely with them, I have managed to create a deep knowledge across my pool of high calibre candidates. By ensuring the highest quality of service, my team and I put emphasis on how your culture works and your broader goal-oriented directives.
