Methodist Social Services commenced operation in Palmerston North in 1963 and provides support to the community by way of a Food Bank, Counselling services and community education programmes. Methodist Goodwill runs 2 charity op shops at Highbury Ave shopping centre and Broadtop shopping area Terrace End. Our main focus is to raise funds for the continuance of Social Services to our Palmerston North people. We sell quality used clothing, shoes, household items, furniture, books and general bric a brac at affordable prices. All items are generously donated from our community for our community.
