Based in Auckland, I started Phoenix QS after 3 years in the residential renovations sector, from my experience working on projects of all sizes one thing became clear, there was often a disconnect between the client and the builder when it came to the cost of building, too often detailed discussions of pricing occured once a project was underway, and it wasn’t clear what was and wasn’t included.
My goal with Phoenix QS is to simplify the pricing process and provide an easy to understand breakdown of the costs involved in your project.
