Numi Fitness and Wellbeing is a Fitness Centre that offers that personal touch and service to our clients.
We specialise and cater for individuals who wish to achieve their fitness goals, injury rehabilitation or gain a healthy lifestyle and would not normally seek a big commercial franchise gym to workout in. We have trained and certified professional trainers who provide assistance with posture and movement correction, planned session programming and great positive motivational encouragement throughout the workout.
Numi Fitness and Wellbeing has a fully equipped studio offering a 30 min tailored workout to suit any individuals level of fitness at anytime between 7.30am – 7.30pm, no booking necessary.

We also offer a play area for children, so mums or dads can come and enjoy a great workout too.
