Welcome to North Shore Pilates





North Shore pilates instructor, Jill, has been teaching Pilates in and around the UK since 2006. She studied with YMCA in London, UK and has a diploma in Pilates, Fitness Instruction & Exercise to Music.



Since gaining her residency in New Zealand, Jill has decided to turn her passion into her business and

is dedicated to providing the safest and most effective way for you to reach your fitness goals.



Jill has recently become a first time mum to little Jamie (who you will see at our mum & bub classes) and it was during her pregnancy that she decided to specialise in this area. Jill has seen first hand the many benefits of Pilates during her pregnancy which helped her to relax and adjust to the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, birth, and motherhood. She would love to be able to share this with you and allow you to exercise in a fun and friendly atmosphere, whilst making new friends and even stick around for a coffee and chat afterwards.



Her classes are suitable for everyone so please dont be put off if you want to come along but not sure which category you fall into. Each pose can be modified for each individual and the classes will offer a challenging workout depending on your needs and situation.
