OUR STANDARD REFINISHING SERVICE
Our floor refinishing service is best described as deeper than a light sand but not as intensive, intrusive or potentially damaging to your floor as full sand out can be. We actually get deeper into a hardwood floor than a light sanding. However by using Mr Sandless' own proven non-toxic wet process means there is also no mess or carcinogenic dust created in your home. Everything that comes off the floor stays contained in the solution and is not released into your environment - all without damaging your floor or potentially endangering your family and pets health….along with no toxic odour and not having to relocate out of your home for days or weeks.

We then seal the floor with our own trademarked commercial grade sealer followed by our own top coats of finish that are a space age polymer. It’s a one of a kind hybrid finish with a macromolecular repetitive structure for strength & durability. We have attached an independent test on the strength and durability of our trademarked products in comparison to urethane.
All our products used in our service are either green certified or environmentally safe - there is no toxic odour, 100% pet and family friendly.
You never have to move out of your home. You can walk on the floors 2 hours after the last coat is applied we offer the longest warranty in the business.
