Mako Gym operates a facility which has a weights & Resistance Training area, Group fitness and kickboxing area & Changing rooms with showers. We run Kickboxing training, combat sports fitness training (which is good for everyone of any fitness level), Fitness training programs for the resistance training area and also offer Women's only classes and gym training times.
We also offer Kids classes for both Hip Hop and Kickboxing with classes running for 10 weeks in term time - bookings are always open and kids can join the classes at any stage during the term and fees are then pro rated accordingly.
