Here at Make-a-Mate we deliver a total wellbeing course using a complete human approach that consists of physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects. We are a qualified provider that uses a modern and reputable health model. Together we discuss, set, review and modify multiple small, measurable, achievable and maintainable goals that combine to make a big overall difference to your life.
To deliver this program we use an onsite games and sport backdrop consisting of pool, croquet, darts, petanque, snooker and golf (more to come). These are individually tailored to your preference and provide a non intrusive, relaxed and enjoyable overall experience. We promise to be friendly, non judgmental, confidential and our rates are affordable.
