Remote wilderness lodge at the head of Lake Whakatipu.
Accommodation ranges from 4 bed dorms to private doubles, twins, family rooms, Heritage rooms and EcoScapes. Something for every budget! We are between the gorgeous Routeburn and Greenstone/Caples tracks and offer transport to all the tracks.
There's plenty to do up here. Fishing is great all year, bikes to hire, guided kayak trips in summer, and many local tour operators and stunning day hikes. Our restaurant serves up delicious meals created with local ingredients, and the hot tub is the perfect way to relax after an adventure. Great lake and mountain views, perfect for sunrise and excellent star gazing. There's a self-catering kitchen, lounge, BBQ facilities and a TV room available too.
Great group rates for whole or partial site hire - perfect for weddings, birthdays, family reunions and corporate groups.
