Lawyers
John holds an honours law degree from the University of Auckland and a masters law degree from University of London. His principal interests are in commercial litigation and dispute resolution as well as restructuring and insolvency, having acted for liquidators and receivers for over 20 years. John is an associate member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand Inc, the leading body in New Zealand for people working in dispute resolution.
John also undertakes company and commercial business transactions. He has also acted in many relationship property and trust disputes throughout his extensive career. Outside of law John has a keen interest in all aspects of aviation but particularly in gliding. He currently holds the position of honorary solicitor for the Auckland Gliding Club.
