Jeremy Sutton is a specialist family law firm based in Auckland City.

We have 20 years’ experience providing expert advice on all aspects of family law and representing our clients in the Family Court and the High Court.

At Jeremy Sutton we are passionate about getting the best results for our clients and we continually make changes to improve our client service.

We operate with a unique team approach so you will have two barristers assigned to your case, myself and another barrister. Our clients appreciate having a second person available should they need immediate help. I manage every case personally.

We work with you to clearly define your goals at the first meeting. Once the scope is defined we are usually able to offer the option of a fixed fee arrangement to settle your case, rather than paying an hourly rate. Most of our clients prefer to proceed on a fixed fee basis, so they know that no additional fees will be incurred if their case takes longer than expected.

We are proud to say that most of our clients are referred by previous clients or by other law practices for specialist family law litigation.
