Our small but experienced company does Presumptive Screen Testing for Methamphetamine on residential properties. We are a Mother and Son company. I have been a Property Manager for the past 30 years and my son has been in Sales for the past 7 years and prior to that has traveled extensively thought out the world. I have grave concerns that some people are really not facing the fact that Methamphetamine is in our area and if not addressed can be very expensive and emotional if you find a house you are buying or renting contaminated. We charge $199.00 plus GST for an average 3 bedroom home, and $49.00 plus GST for any extra rooms.
