I have completely emptied a house, cleaned it and helped dress it for sale. I have also picked up and taken a computer to the hospital! moved some furniture from one rest home to another, rearranged and moved furniture in a two story house, rubbish pick ups, section clean, sold items online, taken items to charities including more books which are to be sent to the Phillipines... always different.

Busy, busy before Christmas, folks cleaning up for Christmas and then after Christmas the floods so I've been busy clearing garages and the mess... Have pictures of books I donate i.e. missions and Milford reading club who meet at the community centre and crutches and shower chair which are passed to the North Shore hospital. I have recently cleared an area and not charged as things in the rubbish will be sold which pays for me. Message me for what you need done.
An update at last... have had 4 jobs at once fitting them in between the day I Primary Teach.

1. Helped clear garage and unwanted furniture, an Opti, horse gear(on behalf on trade me and disposed of years of rubbish) owners moving up North
2. House sold, clear out shed and unwanted furniture. Moved some furniture to new address.
3. House getting ready to sell, painting garden tidied etc.
4. Clear out garage, took everything sold some things organised donations to Habitat. Floors washed.
Photo of Children's and young adults books collect from 2 jobs. These will be donated to Tongan schools. Charity collects things for Tonga( at Teachers College spent 3 weeks there teaching)

Things that are too good to dump so useful to someone.
Large bird cage. 830mm high and 500mm deep and wide
black bottom tray has cracked and has been taped up. You would probably need a new tray of add a wooden tray yourself. Good large cage with perches etc
Had someone moving out after 18 Years. Cleared out old furniture and the garage. Some items were sold, some things were donated and I did visit the recycling centre (dump)
Was a steady January...
1. Cleared a container (saves $65 a week hiring it!)
2. Cleared sheds and helping prepare a property for sale.
3. Moved furniture around (two of us) to free up a part of the house.
4.Cleared junk under the house and took to refuse transfer station.
Time to clean my own house for Christmas and guests...A big thanks to all my customers, I've enjoyed the chats and getting stuck in to simplify your spaces. Enjoy the weather and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
I've had an interesting week. Cleared under a house, picked up and delivered a large pot, a Danish sideboard (2 different jobs) put together a BBQ and hung some lights in a shop.

I recyle as much as I can and am also afflicted by not wanting to throw out stuff that is perfectly good to reuse.
I have a good chair and a bird cage stand. The bird cage stand would take quite a small cage but its metal and resprayed would look grand.
When clearing garages, houses or even left up on the side of the road I now and again find lovely old furniture which deserves a new life. I cant dump beauty so under the houses pieces went, the intention would be to do up one day/ retirement !!!! I cant dump beauty so under the houses pieces went, the intention would be to do up one day/ retirement !!!! This lock down is not as good as the last... so I've been under the house and am at present repairing 2 dressers, a captains chair, 2 oak chairs and an oak table. I encourage others to do the same as it does keep you busy and we have a little time at present. All the best everyone...
Cleared out under a house as the house was being sold. The job didn't take long and some of the items pulled out were recycled as well as sold on which saved on dumping charges as well as the final bill.
