At Hohepa we support people with intellectual disabilities to live healthy and productive lives. Our primary focus is on developing and enabling every person to choose their own life’s direction.
No matter their physical or intellectual disability, every individual is recognised as having inherent dignity and the human capacity for love, kindness, compassion, honesty, truth, justice, generosity and freedom.
Hohepa offers a rich family, cultural and spiritual life, in houses located either on one of our bio-dynamic farms or in urban settings. All the people we support are encouraged to engage, participate and contribute. Social interaction in the wider community is central to developing personal well-being.
