Julia has over 20 years of experience in health care. coach, qualified in Exercise As Medicine, part of the New Zealand Register of Exercise Professionals (NZ REPs) and endorsed by the Exercise Association of New Zealand to offer their Stress Management Programme.
Heavenly Fitness has gone from strength to strength. We are blessed with a variety of clients, from folk wanting to lose weight, who need to rehab or strengthen weak areas, clients who need to gain cardiovascular fitness, or have major health issues exercise is a preventative medicine.
