Health Within Osteopathy is a holistic healthcare clinic in Westmere, Auckland. Our experienced osteopaths believe in treating the underlying cause of musculoskeletal injuries, & helping you back to good health through osteopathic care and lifestyle changes.
Our appointments are 30 to 60 mins long & we take time to hear your issues & understand your condition. We see patients with acute and chronic injuries & can provide rehabilitation exercises to aid your recovery. We aim to relieve pain, improve the mobility & function of the body, and prevent the problem from recurring.
Our osteopaths use a range of treatment techniques from gentle cranial work to more hands on manipulation and massage. Our treatments are safe for the whole family from newborns & pregnant women to the elderly. We have a dedicated team of paediatric osteopaths, ready to cater to the unique needs of babies and children.
We are providers of ACC and Southern Cross & registered with the Osteopathic Council of NZ.
