Owner Sarah Mackenzie, former lawyer turned pastry chef, trained at Le Cordon Bleu Wellington. She has worked at many of the best cafes, bakeries and restaurants around Wellington including Nikau Café, Baker Gramercy, Rita and Floriditas.
