Reflexology
I offer Reflexology, a gentle, natural therapy working on the feet and hands. These areas reflect the whole body, and through gentle touch, reflexology helps support relaxation, improve circulation, and encourage the body's natural balance and wellbeing.
I am also in ongoing training with Contact Care, working with the Flinchlock Release system, a hands-on method that helps release hidden tension held in the body from past impacts and everyday stresses.
I currently have a lovely room available on weekends in Wakefield, as well as offering mobile sessions, bringing care to you.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and guided by what your body needs, creating a space to relax, reset, and reconnect.
