Evolve is a 24/7 gym and staffed from 6am - 8.30pm Mon - Fri and 8.45am - 1.00pm on Sat.
We are here to help you whether you come in to inquire about joining or if you need assistance when training at our facility.
Free individual Assessments and Programmes occur every 8 weeks to ensure you start safely and continue to make progress towards your own personal goals.
We hold Les Mills Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Attack and RPM group fitness classes as well as other small group circuit classes including Step, Thai Boxing and Free Stylers which is low intensity for the wiser participant.
Evolve is Feildings only SMEAEP (Stress Management Exercise Association Endorsed Programme) provider, this means a business can pay for their staff to join our gym and not have to pay FBT tax.
