I am a personal trainer based out of Cityfitness Lyall bay and very passionate about health + fitness and pride myself on quality time and workouts (personalised to you and your goals) for my clients. I run 45 minute sessions. You can opt to do these with a partner or friend also.

I specialise in:
- Fat loss/overall body transformation
- Partner workouts
- Circuit training
- Effective short, sharp workouts
- Functional training
- Lean muscle mass/growth
- Overall lifestyle change
- General fitness + overall health
- Nutrition- fat loss + muscle gain.

For my clients I like to see what their main focus is and from there formulate a style of training that will be most effective for them. Don't expect to be bored during our sessions, but do expect to sweat!

Each client receives 1 hour free orientation where we sit down to discuss your goals and how I can get you there! You need a Cityfitness membership -$7 a week!
