Waterproofing
We specialise in testing Waterproofing Membrane Systems to ensure they are watertight. We do this through Electronic Leak Detection ELD with the IntegriScan Low Voltage Scanning Platform and Vertical Scanning Unit from Detec Systems to pinpoint accuracy. We scan 100% of a membrane to the latest testing standard ASTM D 8231-19 as well as complying with the old standard ASTM D7877 to non and semi-conductive surfaces on horizontal, vertical and raking membranes. Flood testing can damage the structure by adding a minimum of 1000kg of weight to every 20m2 of roof surface, makes finding the leak breach location almost impossible to find, is inaccurate, not a sustainable practice and extremely time consuming / inefficient.
