We have loved and cared for pets since we were kids. While working as veterinarians in a veterinary clinic and grooming center, we realized that grooming is another way to expand our passion for pet care. We started our career overseas and came to New Zealand as pet groomers. After working in other grooming shops for many years, we decided to open our shop. Our goal is to provide the best grooming service that every pet parent can be proud of. Through many years of experience in dealing with pets with a wide variety of coats and behaviors, we can provide the grooming service you’re looking for.

Our salon is cage free, but not roam free. Pets are never allowed to wander or mingle with other pets. Each pet is secure in its individual playpen or roam free at the back of our salon. Your pet will receive special attention the entire time they are with us.

We conduct intensive physical evaluations and detailed interviews with the owner to ensure that their pet is well and that we need to give extra attention if they have any health issues. We guarantee your pet is safe and healthy throughout the grooming process.

– We treat every pet with the most outstanding care and concern. We conduct a detailed interview regarding your pet’s behavior so that we can design the best grooming approach possible.

– We only use top-quality shampoo, conditioner, and other top-of-the-line products, customized to meet individual skin and coat requirements.
