IR 3 Returns are due by the 7th of July unless you have a tax agent and an extension of time. If you are a New Zealand Tax resident and NZ is your permanent place of abode and if you earn money from a business (sole-trader or partnership) you will be taxed on your worldwide income you will need to file an IR3 return.
If you are NOT a NZ tax resident then you will only have to file a return on your NZ earned income.
