Catapult consultants match the right people to your business and supports both the employer and the employee when the job first starts. This helps maintain a long term satisfying employment relationship for both employer and employee.
We have a wide range of candidates who, for a number of reasons, may have difficulty finding employment. This includes people with impairment or disability, parents returning to the workforce and other career changers. It provides these services under contract to government and on a private basis to individuals and groups.
Catapult’s staff is made up of a range of people from various backgrounds and professions, who use their wide knowledge and experience of different industries to assist employers find staff that suit their business, and candidates to find employment.
