My name is Joerg 'George' Riediger and with more than 30 years of experience in strength training, I help people build stronger, healthier and more resilient bodies. Strength training has been a lifelong passion for me, and today I use that experience to guide others toward real and lasting results.

My coaching focuses on structured and practical training designed to increase strength, build lean muscle, reduce body fat and improve overall physical wellbeing. Every program is personalised and adapted to the individual, their current fitness level and their goals.

I work with students 14+ who want to become stronger, more confident and build a solid physical foundation. I also coach women who want to tone their bodies and lose excess weight, as well as men who want to rebuild strength, muscle and energy.

My coaching philosophy is simple consistent training, discipline and smart progression create real and lasting transformation.
