1 to 1&1/2 hour class to improve joint flexibility & range of motion, muscle strength, tone & body shape, while enhancing mental wellbeing and improving quality of sleep.
Looking for a new challenge or just better health, energy & flexibility....come along and check out my classes.
Classes held Monday & Wednesday evenings at 7.15 to 8.15pm. and Wednesday mornings at 9.15 a.m in St. Aidans Community Centre, Thames St. Claudelands.
Classes will suit all fitness levels, beginners are very welcome as you are encouraged to listen to your body & take it at your own pace.
We are all at different ages & stages of our lives, so there is no pressure to perform or keep up, just come along and enjoy.
