Child Care & Education
At BestStart Montel, we strive to provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of belonging for our tamariki and whanau. We have 3 rooms, Pukeko for our under 2's, Kiwi is our 2 - 3.5 years and our Tui room for our 3.5 - 5 years. We offer nutritious meals, cooked onsite daily by our amazing cook utilising our fantastic vegetable garden outside! Our Tui room offers a wonderful School Readiness programme and our teachers in every room provide engaging, educational and fun activities throughout the day based on the children's needs, interests and developmental stages. We also have a free van service for pick ups and drop offs that is available to those families that would otherwise be unable to get to the centre.
