Hi, I'm Sabine.
I’m the founder of Be In Balance, where I support people who feel out of balance in their relationship with food, their body, or themselves - often alongside stress, emotional overwhelm, or long-standing inner patterns.
My work takes a mind-body approach to wellbeing, helping you understand and shift the deeper patterns behind emotional eating, food stress, self-criticism, and feeling disconnected from yourself.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes or rigid plans, I work with you to restore inner balance, clarity, and a more compassionate relationship with food and your body - creating sustainable change from the inside out.

I’m a degree-qualified nutritional scientist with over 25 years of experience in holistic nutrition, eating psychology, and mind-body wellbeing. I also integrate subconscious and energy-based approaches, including RTT® hypnotherapy, when it supports the process.
