A decade ago a bunch of illnesses turned up uninvited.
As a result, I became super sensitive to the ingredients in things like shampoo, skincare, and dish-washing liquid.
I don't have the knack for DIY skincare and found most "natural" stuff didn't work that well.
Doctors didn't really know what to do with my portfolio of health issues, either, so I stumbled into the world of supplements to help tiredness, wrinkles, skin and even mood.
Now I test and share my recommendations so that busy people can have peace of mind, results, and can get on with their lives.
I do not promote brands that require sign-up fees, order quotas, and the like.
