Our school has been teaching Cookery since 1986 (first PTE cookery school) and we do it very well. We are all about quality for our students and giving them the skills they require to work.
We also help so many of our students into work and also support them while studying with us and also after they complete.

We have only 16 students in a class
Our students work while they study.
All our Cookery Tutors have 15-25 years experience in industry.
We only enrol a limited amount of students a year
We are always in touch with the food industry as many of our past students are Senior Chefs in the industry.
Our students get employed and are in demand!!
Our timetable is Mon to Thursday so students can work weekends, this is the busiest time for restaurants.
