As a weathertight specialist and a Licensed Building Practitioner – Carpentry, Site 2 and Design 2, my clients have a vast knowledge base to achieve their specific requirements.
I have 35 years experience in the residential construction industry and am a Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand (Engineering Technologist).
Practice Area Description: Structural design and construction monitoring of Licence Building Practitioner Category 2 buildings, building cladding systems, and associated civil design.
Importantly, the knowledge base and integrated design process, enables an economical design budget.
