Property Management
I will personalise a property management solution to suit your requirements. I never lose sight of the fact that you are the property owner and will work with you to manage your property as you would like it managed.
This can include full management or co-management which can include securing a tenant, carrying out regular property inspections and arranging maintenance.
I can also assist with managing your holiday home. This can range from full end to end holiday home rental management, including managing your Airbnb account or as little as changing linen and cleaning between tenants.
Other services include decluttering and assisting with house moving including packing & unpacking and setting up your new home.
