First National Collective Hawera

First National Collective is a real estate company evolved from and founded on it's predecessor First National Allied Farmers, who successfully serviced the Taranaki province for over 120 years.

The business was purchased in April 2013 by existing real estate agents Shawn Gibbon and Owen Mills and their wives Pam and Mary.

We have been a member of the New Zealand and Australia wide First National Group since 1999, offering a much broader base of client connections and referrals and the ability to capitalise on the national network while retaining the advantage of local ownership and identity.

Our offices are situated in Stratford, Hawera and New Plymouth and specialise in the marketing of residential, rural, lifestyle and commercial properties, as well as providing rental Property Management services.

The long established rural sales side of the business has for many years performed particularly well, traditionally achieving a market share of 50% or greater of farm sales in Taranaki each year.

About this property
The ultimate lifestyle package - have you been searching for the perfect balance of rural serenity and town convenience, your search ends at Turuturu Road. Set back from the road for ultimate privacy on a sprawling 2.25 hectares (5.5 acres), this property is a masterclass in lifestyle living. Whether you're an equestrian enthusiast, a tradie needing serious storage, or a family looking for room to breathe, this is the one that truly "ticks all the boxes".

At the heart of the property is a beautifully presented Lockwood "Initial" style home. It's light, bright, and incredibly welcoming, featuring three bedrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. When it comes to comfort, no expense has been spared. Covered for every season, a cozy log fire with wetback. Heat pump, heat transfer system, and ceiling insulation. Underfloor heating, aluminium joinery throughout, and infinity gas hot water. A double garage with internal access - a lifesaver on those wet Taranaki days!

Constructed with easy-care Palisade exterior and a durable iron roof, this home is built for relaxation, not chores. Step outside to your private courtyard - the perfect spot for those "Gin + Tonic" evenings while you soak in the stunning mountain view and peaceful privacy of your own sanctuary.

A hobbyist's dream, this is where the property truly stands apart, the outbuildings offer endless possibilities:
- 12m x 7m stand-alone garage that is already lined, insulated, and ready for whatever you can dream up - home gym, ultimate man-cave, or a professional workspace.

- High stud storage with power, perfect for the horse float, motorhome, or boat.

- Equestrian or Lifestyle Farming, currently set up with two stables, a tack-up bay, and a lockable tack room. If horses aren't your thing, it's the ideal setup for calf rearing or small-scale farming.

- Professional 61m x 25m Treadlite arena and eight well-fenced paddocks.

You get the best of both worlds here, three water tanks plus town water available at the gate. And there's a major bonus on the horizon - the new pedestrian footpath on Turuturu Road will run right past your drive, making those evening strolls safer and easier than ever.

Whether you are a retiring farmer wanting to keep your space, a growing family, or a serious horse enthusiast, this property is truly unique and ready for its next chapter, move in and start making memories.
