Not just an apartment!When I first arrived to view 206/38E Fraser Ave it was the first time I had visited this complex. After 20 years in Real Estate I have to say I was impressed and it strongly reminded me of some of the cooler complexes that grace the inner city.
I was struck by how connected the various buildings felt and the sense of community that was evident in the people coming and going. There was plenty of car parking both on and off the street, a shared residents garden, and lockable bike sheds all adding plenty of value and benefit to living in such a well thought out arrangement.
The building itself is very obviously a higher quality build than many on the market today and I loved the (double) brick finish. The modern lines and layout gave a real sense of a project designed to showcase the architect's vision.
Upon entering the apartment I could easily see myself living here. Everything I need was on offer. A generous double bedroom to retreat to from the day, a fantastic open plan kitchen, dining, and living area to relax and unwind in, and a sleek modern bathroom to start and finish the day with. All in all I found a great set up with which to have friends over, cook till my heart's content, read books, plan adventures, watch great movies or just hang with my cat, (yes pets are allowed!). There are awesome views to Takapuna and Rangitoto and the perfect deck for coffee to soak it all up.
My life is filled with chilling at home or getting out and about, so between everything the North Shore has to offer and the super easy access to the motorway, this place is perfect. Shopping is local and the beaches are many and near. If you are looking for somewhere to lock up and leave, this is a total lifestyle game changer!
