The outdoor area has a 6m x 3m deck, a 3.6m x 3m enclosed gazebo great for outdoor entertaining or just for relaxing with a good book, a veranda covering the door and some of the deck providing more shade and cover for when you are unlocking the door with your groceries in hand. It also has a foldaway clothesline and a 2m x 1.5m garden shed to store all your tools.

The site is owned by the camp so instead of having to pay those pesky council rates you will simply rent the ground the Megavan is located on from the camp for $198/week. This also gains you access to the many great camp facilities which include coin-operated washing machines and driers. Free use of exercise equipment, massage chairs and sauna, pool table, selection of books, magazines DVDs etc, and a communal lounge, which can be booked for family functions. On-site rubbish and recycling is also included.

Other ongoing costs are normal water, power (with no line charges), and bottled gas for hot water.
