Computer with Photoshop needed

My XP computer has died. I use photoshop a lot for making illustrations and now I am unable to do any work. I am 83 years old and my computer means a lot to me. Does anyone have a computer with photoshop in it that I can buy or borrow please? Ph 022-166-8258
