Only 3 weeks apart, Robert passed away peacefully to join his dearly loved wife of 62 years Mollie Loved son of the late Patrick and Minnie. Loved by all his nieces and nephews. A celebration of Roberts life will be held at Hardings Funeral Chapel, Regent Street Hawera, on Wednesday 9th November 2022 at 3.00pm, after which a private cremation will be held.

Passed away peacefully at 8.00pm at the Riverstone Care Home in Palmerston North, aged 92 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Joy. Much loved father of Jill (dec), Ian and Neil (dec). Loved father-in-law of Fred (dec), Beverly, Annette and Olivia. Treasured grandfather of Angela, Philip and Tangimangaone, Sarah and Ben, Hannah, Camille and Jay, Alex and Brendon. Much loved great-grandfather of Logan and Mackenzie and Tipuna of Ngarimu Bruce. As per Bruce’s wishes he will be privately cremated and a private family Memorial service will be held when Bruce’s ashes are placed with Joy’s. A special thanks to the team at Riverstone care home where Bruce enjoyed his final year. In lieu of flowers the family ask please spend time with your loved ones.

(Formerly of Kaniere). Passed away in his sleep on November , 2022 at Christchurch Public Hospital. Well, Dad you would have been 86 next February, which was a fantastic effort. You were a strong man, as your handshake still proved. Colin was the ex-husband to Helen (nee Gilmore). Dad to Paul, Christopher, Bruce, and Julie-Anne, and father-in-law to Pauline and Grant. Poppa to Joel, Phillip, Benjamin, Cameron, Jakeb, Kimberlee, Andrew and Grace. Great-Poppa to Madison, Remy, Sonny, Cameron, Estelle, Freddie and Otto. We better not forget Layla, the bulldog you loved visiting you. We will miss you Dad. We are grateful for our special times over the last couple of years. Great conversations, tears, cuddles and lots of love shown. Dad had the best smile in the hospital, which he was well known for. Enjoy seeing the boys, Dad. Paul and Bruce will be welcoming you home, alongside our dear Cameron who’s bound to have a cheeky smile on his face. It will be a massive reunion for you. Kick Paul up the bum from Lex!
