It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lucy. A dearly loved daughter of May and Peter MacDonald (deceased). A beloved wife of the late Stanley Harding loved companion to “Cocoa”, and a very dearly loved Aunty to all her nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. A service to celebrate Lucy’s amazing life will be held at the Riverton RSA at 11.00am on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, followed by a get-together for light refreshments at the Lodge, Riverton.

Passed away peacefully at home on Friday 14 April 2023, surrounded by her whanau after a long battle with Lymphoma. We will be taking Nan to Hongoeka Marae at 9.00am on Saturday 15 April and there will be a church service held for her at 7.00pm. Early Sunday morning, Nan will then return home to Te Araroa where she will lay at Tutua Marae, Waione Road, Te Araroa. A funeral service will be held at 10.00am on Tuesday 18 April. Burial will then take place at Tutua where she will lay with her Nan. Dearly loved Wife of the Late Stanton Mackey.
