Youth Service is a department within STRIVE Community Trust working with 16-19 year olds and not in education, training or work residing within the Mangere, Otara & Papatoetoe area.

  • Mentor & Encourage youth towards achieving their
  • NCEA Levels 2 or qualifications equivalent to NCEA Level 2
  • Support youth to enrol with educational providers
  • Refer to appropriate services, where required
  • Assisting youth testing their eligibility for a benefit: Youth Payment and Youth Parent Payment
  • Provide parenting and budgeting courses
