Work Ready Kāpiti works to get local rangatahi 'work ready'. We encourage Kāpiti youth aged 15 to 24 years old to gain and present evidence of both skills and experience this shows to employers that they're work-ready. Part of Work Ready Kāpiti is encouraging local businesses and employers to get involved by providing placement opportunities. This helps to open employers attitudes to hiring youths as well.
