Our Taupo Shed provides a not-for-profit community workshop where for a minimal annual fee members can drop in and spend some time chatting and working on tasks with support and machinery provided. Men (and Ladies) who posses skills will be able to share with those who don’t and together enjoy creating small projects for themselves and others in the community. Ladies are also welcome; they too may find lots of real enjoyment in maintaining these traditional pursuits! The workshop is designed for the experienced and the novice alike. We have an “open door” policy. Younger folk who would like an opportunity to learn from other more experienced people are always welcome.
