Phoenix Inc is a supported employment agency that achieves significant and sustained employment outcomes for people with disability, particularly for people who experience significant barriers to employment. Phoenix Inc. is an incorporated society established in 1992. The primary function of Phoenix Inc. is to supply supported employment services to people with disabilities. Phoenix Supported Employment services are specifically designed for people with disabilities who: Have never experienced paid employment Have not had access to mainstream training opportunities. Have very interrupted work histories May require intensive and ongoing support services in order to stay in paid employment
