Papakura Museum is a local history museum founded by the Papakura & Districts Historical Society. The museum is home to a continually growing collection of photographs & artefacts which tell the story of Papakura and surrounding Districts. Papakura has three main exhibition areas. Our main exhibition area is the story of Papakura, a rotating exhibition space which changes 2 - 3 months and a military gallery. Papakura Museum also provides research facilities for those who are interested in finding information about families, friends or the surrounding districts
