Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Auckland is a not-for-profit charity helping people with MS to live fulfilling lives, despite this life changing disease.

Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic and unpredictable disease of the central nervous system (the brain, optic nerves, and spinal cord). This means the immune system attacks the body’s healthy tissue, and they are left to cope with many side effects including visual problems, loss of balance, poor coordination, slurred speech, tremors, numbness, extreme fatigue, problems with memory and concentration.

Our team of Auckland Field Workers work individually with our members, supporting them with the challenges of living with MS. We offer a variety of local services like hydrotherapy, yoga, and support groups, including organising social and educational programmes for members, their families and carers.
