The Kaiapoi Photographic Club was formed in 1989 and is affiliated to the Photographic Society of New Zealand. As a club we aim to promote awareness and appreciation of photography, offer encouragement to enable people to learn and explore the art of photography and to provide instruction and training in techniques that will lead to better photographs being taken and greater satisfaction for the photographer. The Kaiapoi Photographic Club meets on a Monday evening in the Kaiapoi Riverside Bowling Club, sited in a corner of Hinemoa Park off Belcher Street, Kaiapoi.
