Community Wellbeing Team consists of 1x Community Wellbeing Manager, 8x Community Advisors, 1x Business Support Coorindator and Garden Place Assistant.
Community Wellbeing Team is apart of the Hamilton City Council Community Development and Leisure Unit.
Our Vision as a team is 'Empowered Communities' and our purpose is to enable our diverse communities to achieve their goals and aspirations by providing leadership, services and support.
Our team members have leadership roles, which supports a annual work plan that we have specific tasks set at the beginging of the year and work hard to achieve its outcomes.
Our team is a group of passionate people that love working with community and supporting their work, services and organisations that are making a difference!
