The Claremont Tennis Club owns two doubles-courts beside the Claremont Hall on Claremont Road. These courts are free to anyone for use at any time expect during Saturday afternoon competition and Tuesday evenings when teams practice. Practice nights are each Tuesday evening (6.00pm-8.00pm) during the tennis season which is from October to April. Competition tennis is held each Saturday, either at Claremont or at surrounding districts. The club welcomes new members – young and not-so-young, for social and competitive tennis (emphasis on the social).
