We'll work it through with you and if we can't help you directly, we'll find someone who can. You don't need an appointment; just drop in to a Citizens Advice Bureau near you, pick up the phone, or go online and let's talk. We helped people with over 600,000 who's, what's and how's last year. our trained volunteers will listen to you and get you the information, assistance, or referral you need. You can talk to us about government departments, 'cause we're not one! Our service is confidential and as an independent community organization, our advice is not influenced by government or politics. we help with questions about almost anything so just ask us - if you have questions regarding Employment, consumer law, tenancy, disputes, separation, custody, immigration and finding a Justice of the Peace, as well as counselling, budgeting, Advocacy and CV clinics to name but a few of the free services we provide.
